The fresh air system can be divided into ceiling duct fresh air, cabinet fresh air, wall-mounted fresh air and window fresh air. So, for the size of different units, what type of fresh air system should we choose to install?
Let's start with the small apartment
One room and one hall, for example, the construction area is 60 square meters, and the indoor usable area is about 40 square meters. The pipe fan layout will occupy more space and the house looks smaller. You can choose simple window-type fan and wall-type fan, the amount of fresh air required for 1-2 people is about 60m³/h.
Two rooms and one hall, the construction area is 80 square meters, the inner area is 60 square meters, if the floor height is 3 meters. The fresh air volume can be confirmed according to the "Ventilation Frequency Method". The indoor fresh air ventilation frequency is 0.45~0.7 times/h, the residential fresh air volume = indoor area x floor height x fresh air ventilation frequency, and then divided by a surplus coefficient of 0.7 ~ 0.8, the required fresh air volume is 180m³/h.
In this case, you can also choose a new wall-mounted fan with a large air volume. Two wall-mounted fresh air can reach the fresh air volume required by the whole house. Of course, the undecorated units can be installed with fresh air. The design scheme is shown in the following figure:
Three rooms and two halls
"Three rooms and two halls" are common large units, with a construction area of 100 square meters, an interior area of about 80 square meters, and a storey height of 3 meters. The fresh air volume can be confirmed according to the "Ventilation Frequency Method". The indoor fresh air ventilation frequency is 0.45~0.7 times/h, the residential fresh air volume = indoor area x floor height x fresh air ventilation frequency, and then divided by a surplus coefficient of 0.7 ~ 0.8, the required fresh air volume is 240m³/h.
After this type of decoration, you can choose a wall-mounted fresh air or a cabinet-type fresh air. At this time, three sets of wall-mounted fresh air can be installed to ensure the air volume. The cabinet-type fresh air is generally large. The undecorated or fan is selected, the design scheme is shown in the following figure:
Four rooms and two halls
"Four rooms and two halls" belong to a large apartment with large area and complicated structure. For example, the building area is 200 square meters, and the interior area is about 160 square meters. Considering the affluence coefficient of 0.8, the required fresh air volume is 300m³/h.
It is generally recommended to install a duct fan, which requires a large amount of fresh air. Other types of new fans need to be installed to ensure fresh air throughout the house. At this time, the price is a bit disadvantageous. The pipeline fresh air design scheme is shown in the following figure:
The villa needs to be rationally designed according to the type of building, such as the renovation of the building (environmental insulation, doors and windows, etc.), etc., and it must also be designed rationally to meet customer needs and functional requirements. All specific choices, whether fresh air dehumidification or constant temperature and humidity, or ultra-low energy buildings in passive houses, should be classified and designed. Can use CAQ full heat fresh air system, medium-sized machine fresh air purification unit (including dehumidification), passive house CHM heating fresh air integrated machine.
Is it possible to install a fresh air system for a house with good circulation?
Good circulation does not mean that the indoor air of the house is clean and non-polluting. Some furniture at home, harmful gases discharged from the outside, the invasion of wet weather in rainy days, and the influx of dust from opening windows will bring some air to the home. Hazardous, and the fresh air system can continuously introduce fresh outdoor air, remove harmful indoor gases, and truly achieve a healthy, quiet and clean environment indoors.
Note: Whether it is a large or small apartment, a new house or an old house, it is essential to have a healthy and comfortable environment, and installing a fresh air system is undoubtedly a powerful guarantee for healthy homes.
